Ok, I think this is the way to do this.

Franziska is very fond of using her whip on people. To communicate anger, frustration, momentary displeasure, occasionally affection... you get the picture. She will not cause any significant or lasting injury, but that doesn't mean it's a pleasant experience for her target.

If you'd rather not have a bullwhip cracked at your character, this would be the place to say so.
